This Child and Student Privacy notice explains how Omnix treats personal information of students and minors when accounts are provisioned for educational use by GrowWise Education Pvt Ltd.
School-controlled accounts {#school-accounts}
Most student accounts are created and managed by an educational institution. The institution determines roster membership, role assignments, and often the lawful basis for processing. Parents may receive portal access when the institution enables parent–child linking.
United States: COPPA and FERPA {#us-coppa-ferpa}
Where COPPA applies, Omnix relies on school or parental authorization configured for the tenant rather than collecting consent directly in a consumer Kids Category experience. Education records may be subject to FERPA; institutions remain the primary point of contact for many education-record requests. Omnix supports institutional audit and access-logging features where enabled.
India: DPDP and under-18 users {#india-dpdp}
Where DPDP applies to under-18 users, Omnix requires a verifiable guardian or institution authorization basis recorded in our systems before enabling child processing. Verification providers remain pluggable and configurable; processing fails closed when required authorization is absent.
Parental and student rights {#parental-rights}
Parents and eligible students may request access, correction, or deletion of profile data through in-app or web account-deletion flows, subject to institutional approval where education records are institution-controlled. See Account Deletion.
No ads or child-directed tracking {#no-ads}
Omnix does not serve third-party behavioral advertising, does not sell personal information, and does not enable cross-app tracking SDKs for the student experience described in our store declarations.
