Overview
This Cookie Notice explains how GrowWise Omnix360 uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) on our marketing sites and within the Services. It supplements the General Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They help websites remember preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the product is used.
Types we use

When advertising measurement is enabled, the marketing site may load the OpenAI Ads JavaScript pixel so ChatGPT Ads can attribute clicks to later actions such as booking a demo or submitting the contact form. The pixel is not loaded unless an advertiser pixel ID is configured, and only after you accept the Marketing category in the cookie banner described below. It is not used inside the authenticated learning platform, and it is not used to target ads against student education records.
On our public marketing pages, we also use Apollo.io's website visitor identification tool. It observes anonymous visit behavior and, where technically possible, matches your visit to company-level (and in limited cases, US-based individual) information Apollo already holds, so our sales team can understand which organizations are interested in Omnix360. Apollo tracking is not loaded unless you accept the Analytics category in the cookie banner described below, and it is not used inside the authenticated learning platform or against student education records. Server-side conversion posting (Conversions API) is not active today. If we enable it later, this notice and the Subprocessor List will be updated first.
Your choices
- Cookie banner: on marketing pages, a banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or Manage preferences to choose Analytics and Marketing categories independently before any non-essential cookie or tracker (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Apollo, OpenAI Ads) loads. Strictly necessary cookies are not covered by this banner because the Service cannot function without them.
- Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie and respected on future visits; you can change it any time via the "Manage preferences" control in the banner.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a reject-all choice automatically and do not show the banner.
- Browser settings also allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in or core features.
- Institutional admins may control certain analytics features via tenant settings.
