Pacing pilot scorecard
Use this checklist before any invitation workspace. One program, written thresholds, evidence against your scorecard, then a commercial decision.
Pick one program
Choose a single tutoring program or grade band with 3–8 tutors. Narrow scope beats org-wide rollout.
Record baseline metrics
Capture pacing drift, topic-level evidence gaps, and tutor alignment against your calendar before the pilot starts.
Write success thresholds
Agree in writing what “on track” means: which signals must improve and by when, before anyone opens a workspace.
Run the scoped pilot
Invitation workspace for the scoped program only. Leaders review evidence weekly; tutors get pacing and mastery signals in the same flow.
Decide with evidence
Go, adjust scope, or stop based on the scorecard, not gut feel or a generic product tour.
Choose a commercial path
If the workflow proves out, pick Starter, Pro, or Enterprise for expansion. Pricing applies after proof, not before.
