Overview
GrowWise uses carefully selected subprocessors to operate Omnix360. This page lists categories of subprocessors. Named vendors may change as we improve the Services; Institutions can also review tenant-facing subprocessor information under Privacy & Compliance (/compliance) in the product.

Categories of subprocessors

Safeguards
- Subprocessors are bound by contracts that require appropriate security and confidentiality
- International transfers are addressed in the General Privacy Policy and regional supplements
- We do not authorize subprocessors to sell student education records or use them for behavioral targeted advertising
Updates
We may update this list when we add or replace subprocessors. Material changes affecting Institutional customers will be communicated as required by the applicable DPA or customer agreement.
