Introduction
GrowWise Omnix360 (“Omnix360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides instructional intelligence and learning management services for schools, tutoring centers, and learners. This General Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (the “Services”).
This notice is the global baseline. Additional details appear in our Children & Minors Privacy Notice, Schools & Institutions Privacy Notice, AI & Instructional Intelligence Privacy Notice, Subprocessor List, Cookie Notice, and regional supplements for the United States, UAE, India, Africa, and Australia.
Disclaimer: This document describes GrowWise’s intended practices. It is not a substitute for legal advice. Where a school or institution is the customer, their policies and contract with GrowWise also apply.
Who this policy covers
- Visitors to our marketing sites

Roles: controller and processor
- Institutional customers (schools, districts, tutoring centers): For student education and classroom data processed in the tenant workspace, the institution is typically the controller (or “administrator”), and GrowWise acts as a processor on the institution’s instructions. See the Schools & Institutions Privacy Notice.
- GrowWise as controller: We are typically the controller for marketing-site data, direct sales inquiries, platform security logs we generate for our own operations, and accounts we offer directly where no institutional customer is the controller.
