Overview​

Assessments lists quizzes, tests, and placement quizzes. Math and diagrams appear as formatted equations and pictures—you do not type code.

Who can use it​

Students.

Where to find it​

Sidebar → Assessments.

Before you start​

A teacher assigned the assessment and the window is open.

How to use it​

Take an assessment​

  1. Open Assessments → Start.
  2. Answer and submit. Formatted math and pictures appear in the question—you do not type code.
  3. View results when they are released.

Complete a placement quiz​

  1. Choose Start screening.
  2. Submit your answers.
  3. Wait if your teacher needs to confirm placement.

Tips​

  • “Could not start screening…” — tell your teacher right away.

If you get stuck​

  • Closed, overdue, or no attempts left.
  • Waiting after a placement quiz — your teacher confirms Placement on My Sections.
