Admin dashboard

Overview​

The school Admin Dashboard is your Management home. Use it to find what you can set up.

Who can use it​

School admins.

Where to find it​

Sidebar → Management → Dashboard.

Before you start​

Your account has the Admin role.

How to use it​

What you can do​

  1. Invite users — Users.
  2. Assign roles — Roles and permissions.
  3. Set the school calendar — School calendars.
  4. Link parents to students — Settings and parent links.
  5. See what your plan includes — Plan and features.
  6. Request support if a menu is missing — Request support or upgrade.

Tips​

  • Keep at least two admins so a sign-in problem cannot lock the school out.

If you get stuck​

  • No Management menus: ask another admin to assign the Admin role.
  • Read-only or trial lock: check Plan & Features with your account owner.
