Overview​

The instructor Dashboard is your Teaching home. Use it to find what you can create and open next.

Instructors.

Where to find it​

Sidebar → Dashboard in the Teaching section.

Before you start​

Your admin assigned a teaching role. Create a course or class so the page has work to show.

How to use it​

What you can do​

  1. Create or import a course — Courses.
  2. Upload curriculum — Curriculum.
  3. Create and assign an assessment (including math and diagrams) — Assessments.
  4. Set up a class and share a join code — Set up a class.
  5. Grade work — Grading.
  6. See class progress — Reports.
  7. Teach today — Journey.

Tips​

  • Dashboard is a starting point. Day-to-day work is in Courses, Assessments, Grading, Journey, and Reports.

If you get stuck​

  • “No courses yet. Create a course to get started.” — create one or ask admin to assign courses.
  • No Teaching section: ask admin to assign a teaching role under Assign Roles.
