United States Privacy Supplement

Overview
This United States supplement applies to personal information processed in connection with Omnix360 users and Institutions in the United States. It supplements the General Privacy Policy, Children & Minors Notice, and Schools & Institutions Notice.
COPPA (children under 13)
If Omnix360 is directed to children under 13, or we have actual knowledge we are collecting personal information from a child under 13:
- We obtain verifiable parental consent before collection, or rely on school authorization where the COPPA school exception applies
- We limit collection to what is reasonably necessary
- Parents may review, delete, and refuse further collection as described in the Children Notice
FERPA (schools and education records)
When a US school or district uses Omnix360 with education records:
- The Institution remains responsible for FERPA compliance as the records custodian
- GrowWise acts as a school official / processor under the Institution’s contract
- We do not disclose education records except as directed by the Institution or as permitted by FERPA and the agreement
- We do not use education records for targeted advertising
US state privacy rights
Depending on your state (for example California CPRA and similar laws), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
GrowWise does not sell personal information and does not share student education records for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Sensitive personal information
Where state law defines sensitive personal information, we process it only as needed to provide the Services or as directed by an Institutional customer, with appropriate safeguards.
