Diagnosis helps you see misunderstanding patterns after students submit checks.

Teaching Tools → Diagnosis.

Before you start​

Students have submitted a check or exit ticket.

How to use it​

Review diagnosis​

  1. Open Diagnosis from Teaching Tools.
  2. Select the class or assessment.
  3. Review gaps the page shows.
  4. Move to Reteach or Journey Assign practice.

Tips​

  • Diagnosis stays empty until students submit.

If you get stuck​

  • No data: learners have not submitted, or the wrong class is selected.
  • Page empty: finish curriculum and class setup.
