How to use it
Check plan and AI usage
- Open Subscription status.
- Review school name, plan, billing status, and days remaining.
- Read the AI usage meter if AI features are on.
- Use Plan & Features or Request support when you need changes.
Tips
- AI companion failures often mean credits are used up—check this page first.
If you get stuck
- Load error — retry; contact support if it persists.
- Suspended status — open a support request; teachers may be read-only.
