Notifications management is the admin notifications hub. Event rules live on Notification Policies.

Know which events should notify which roles.

How to use it​

Manage notifications vs policies​

  1. Open Notifications for the management view.
  2. Open Notification Policies to toggle events, channels, and roles.
  3. Verify a pilot user receives an event in Notifications or Parent Messages.

Tips​

  • Policies control what fires; people read alerts in Notifications.

If you get stuck​

  • Settings page forbidden — ask another admin.
  • Users get nothing — check recipient roles, channels, and parent phone for WhatsApp.
