Before you start​

School profile should be complete so the page is accurate.

How to use it​

Review compliance information​

  1. Open Privacy & Compliance.
  2. Review DPA/COPPA notes and subprocessors.
  3. Filter access logs by date when investigating access.

Tips​

  • Screenshot the log range your auditors request. Empty ranges are normal when no events match.

If you get stuck​

  • “Could not load compliance information.” — retry; escalate if it persists.
  • “No access events in this date range.” — widen dates.
  • “No subprocessors listed.” — may be empty for your school.
